BOOTH INFORMATION

HOSTING A BOOTH

Schools, programs, and services must register in advance to host a booth at any event.  Simply click on the fair to which you would like to participate and complete the registration form. Pricing and premium add-ons can be found within the form.

Registered hosts receive an 8' x 8' space to display their marketing materials.  Hosts are encouraged to put together an inviting 6' table with materials, give-aways for the kids, and a game or craft to attract visitors. Note that some venues require you to bring your own table.  All hosts, sponsors, and supporters will be listed in the printed catalog and in the annual online directory.

PRICING

Pricing information is included in the registration forms for each fair. Simply click through the form to view the host, sponsorship, advertising, and speaking options.

FAIR ATTENDANCE

Most fairs accommodate up to 40 booths and average 200 - 350 visitors who come from within a 60 mile radius of the venue location. Fair attendance is always free for families and community visitors.

MARKETING SUPPORT

The coordinators of the events will advertise on social media arenas starting about 6 weeks in advance of each fair. In order to keep this a low-cost event for all vendors and participants, all vendors are expected to help market the event on their social channels and to their learning community. This practice is not only fiscally prudent but also ensures a great turnout!

CATALOG & ONLINE DIRECTORY

All hosts will be included in the printed catalog (provided you register by the deadline) that is distributed at each fair and in the online directory that is updated annually.

Can't make it to the fair? Annual placement is also available at a nominal fee to providers not attending the fair. Click the "Get Listed" or "Register Now" button above for more information and to be placed in the online directory!

LOGO SUBMISSION

You will be asked to upload your company logo in png format when you register. PLEASE BE SURE YOU SAVE YOUR LOGO WITH YOUR COMPANY NAME (eg. edventureslogo.png). This helps us tremendously when uploading them to the website! If you are unable to upload it during registration, please email Angela Pilcher at angela@unitehomeschool.org.

TABLE SET UP

A vendor map will be emailed the day before each event. Please glance at the map so you know where to find your space. Tables are standard 6' fold-ups. You will have about 2' between your booth and your neighbor.

Table Tips:

  • Be sure to bring a table cloth. These are not provided.

  • We recommend having at least one lure - a game, craft, drawing, etc.

  • We suggest approximately 100 flyers with QRs or giveaways for each fair.  You can get a FREE QR code that links to your website on sites like: https://www.wix.com/tools/qr-code-generator.

THANK YOU FOR SERVING OUR COMMUNITY!
